Privacy, data and deletion

Requests to see, export or delete your data come to the same place. Say what you want and we’ll do it — deletion is permanent, so we’ll confirm with you first. What we hold and why is set out in Privacy, and the rules of the road are in Terms.

We answer as quickly as we can, usually within a few days. If it’s about a payment or you’ve lost access, say so in the first line and we’ll jump the queue.
